The MB-86EI

fire window system with thermal insulation is used for making external fire partitions. It is equipped with opening windows with an EI30 fire resistance class. The construction is based on the MB-86 system, thanks to which it is distinguished by high thermal and acoustic insulation. It is characterized by water and air tightness.

The system combines the advantages of a classic window system with the properties of fire-resistant partitions in terms of thermal, functional, and endurance parameters. It fulfills the environmental protection norms and requirements of the regulations in force. It was classified as a non-spreading fire.

Glass composition guidelines:

Window sashes are filled with glazing units based on fire glass of the POLFLAM EI30 type with a minimum thickness of 20 mm and a total thickness of:

a minimum 41mm in case of one-chamber glazing with the composition: POLFLAM EI30/16÷20/ESG 5÷10

a minimum 54mm in case of two-chamber glass with the composition: POLFLAM EI30/12÷20/ESG 5÷10/12÷20/ESG 5÷10

Advantages of the system:

Profiles with three chambers, where the central part is the insulation chamber between thermal spacers with a thickness of 43 or 42mm

Fire insulation elements in internal chambers of aluminum sections

• Dedicated accessories and materials that function in the space between the aluminum sections and the glass

• The standard hardware used in windows is in the ER2 anti-theft class.
