Industrial gates

Industrial gates

Designed specifically for very big exploitation. Springs with a longer lifespan are used in them, and side engines have increased exploitation parameters. Thanks to using the rightly fitted materials the gate construction is durable, and the drives, springs and accessories are adjusted to the rough conditions in which industrial gates work. In industrial gates it is possible to use pass doors or aluminum sections, which light the industrial space. In the aluminum section painting in the color from the RAL palette or in the anode color is available.

In the High Track the gate opens vertically, along the lintel, and then it moves in the guides’ arch changing the position from vertical to horizontal. The track height determines the distance between the bottom part of the horizontal guides and the lintel over the opening light. Depending on the height of the gate and height of the track you should ensure minium 800 of free space necessary for installing the shaft with springs and winding reels. In the Vertical Track the gate moves upwards fully over the light opening (OPH). So ensuring enough space on the lintel is necessary - at least as long as the gate. This track system doesn’t have a guides’ arch. In the Vertical Track the whole weight of the gate leans on bearing ropes in each opening position. FHL FHR

In the Lowered Track LHR system, the gate while moving in the guides’ arch changes the position from vertical to horizontal. Thanks to the right arch geometry and guides built this system requires a minimal amount of installation space on the lintel. Gates with the height to 5.500 mm and weight up to 500kg only need 200mm of free space. Files to downloadInstallation requirements and technical data [PDF 0.19MB]DOWNLOADVL Gate drives
