No deformation The cause of the deformation may be a glued leaf overlay panel. The outer panel of the door swells, distorting the opening leaf. The Magnetude system allows the outer panel to swell independently of the profile. Its effectiveness has been proven not only in everyday practice, but also in tests with an external temperature of 90°C.Damage? No problem!Magnetude's advantage is that the filling panel can be installed as a pre-finished panel. The front panel can be installed on the day of delivery - easy installation, by one person, without tools. Even if damage occurs later, all components (including the glass) can be easily replaced at any time. There is no need to ever manufacture a new sash. Invisible mounting holders for doors The handrails are installed invisibly because they are only attached to the inside front panel. As a result, there are no disturbing screws visible on the inside of the door. Thanks to that there is also no connection between the front and back panel, which prevents condensation on the door, but above all prevents the door from deforming. Thermal insulation The Magnetude panel insulates noticeably better than traditional panels. Doors with u-values that are much below 1.0 W/m-K are easy to achieve with Magnetude systems. Thermal insulation depends on the thickness of the sandwich panel, it’s recommended to opt for the thickest possible panel filling in combination with narrow glazing bars. Break-in resistanceEven if burglars manage to remove the 2.5 mm thick outer panel, they would still have to deal with a classic infill panel that is tightly connected to the glazing bead. At this point, the door is just as break-in resistant as a normal door with an integrated panel. LED lighting The power cables for the LED lighting can be easily connected through the space between the outer panel and the sandwich panel. The cable entry should be from the side of the hinge to the bottom of the sash. The connection can then be made using a suitable power transformer. The aesthetic qualities of LED lighting have inspired the creation of a whole new series: Presidential and Bauhaus. The LEDs, combined with the handles, provide subtle lighting accents, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the door.
