Alumaster magnetic thresholds are a unique, completely barrier-free solution for bifolding doors. These thresholds are ideal for modern construction. They will work well in hospitals, nursing homes and public buildings, where they will provide comfortable movement for everyone, not excluding families with baby carriages, people with disabilities or limited mobility. If used in hotels, restaurants and airports - as a front door or terrace entrance, they will further improve the transport of bags or goods in wheelchairs. Comfort and security: Barrier-free magnetic threshold systems are used in entrance and balcony doors, swing and tilt-turn doors, opening inwards and outwards. Their unique thermal parameters allow them to be used in passive construction. These features, combined with anti-burglary tests, make magnetic threshold systems fit perfectly into the requirements of modern architecture. Working rule of magnetic thresholds: When the door closes, magnetic strips placed along the seals pull them toward each other, closing the gap between the sash and the threshold.
