Drainge
Drainage - holes meant for discharging water, which can accumulate in the chamber between the sash and the frame. An exemplary way of draining water is shown in the drawing below.
In standard drainage is output from the external side of the window.
On the drainage there are end caps, which protect the holes from adverse weather conditions. In case of sashes opening outwards, the drainage is only in the sash in the bottom part of the rebate.
On the cross-section below the green line shows the way of outputting the hidden drainage (from the bottom, from below).
*When it comes to PVC windows with an aluminum cover (aluskin) used from the external side, the drainage can be done from below or from the front of the aluskin, and in windows with a renovation fin there is an option of making the drainage from the front.
